Job Description: Design, implement, analyze, code, integrate, test and develop applications according to the project requirements. Develop/Test SQL Stored Procedures, Views. Use SSIS packages to Extract & transform the data. Work on the code changes to the flow control. Work on Stored procedures in Oracle. Use VB6.0, VS.Net 2005, Web services, C#, XML, POS, Windows XP Professional, Star Team.

Req: Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 6 months experience as Programmer/Analyst or Software Engineer.

Related exp must include using SSIS packages.

Primary worksite is Wixom MI, relocation is possible.

Job Description:
• Manage full cycle Technical Recruiting process ensuring a good candidate experience.
• Partner with client site hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role.
• Research talent market, develop and maintain the IT talent pipeline using tactical research methods, sourcing techniques and networking.
• Review resumes, conduct technical interview with talent via phone, skype or in-person if applicable) to test their technical knowledge in IT specific to the job requirement.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
• Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
• Manage and coordinate all communication and interviews with candidates and maintain it using an Application Tracking System (,STS) or Customer Relations Management ICRM) tool.
• Keep candidates and relevant SSIT team members continually informed throughout the hiring process.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and help them seamlessly integrate into the company team and culture.
• Grow and cultivate an extended network of professional contacts and leverage the IT education background, to screen, source and identify top-tier talent for the given requirement by the customer.
• Facilitate hiring discussions with interviewers (talent) and hiring managers.
• Organize and document post-interview notes and feedback with account teams, clients and candidates.
• Perform detailed reference checking and or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers.
• Maintain and manage various Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Provide a fast and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
• Identify closing strategies for offers; proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible.
• Identify and attend networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on computer sciences department of schools for possible talents and outplacement services.
• Compiling, analyzing, and communicating data to help the business make better strategic decisions in the attraction and retention of talent.
• Educate and guide team members in the successful utilization of various recruiting methodologies, e.g. Applicant tracking system database, employee referrals, internal job posting, industry referrals, networking, websites and personally leverage those resources when recruiting.

In addition, as a Technical Recruiter (IT), he will be responsible for the following duties:

• Research the client using Information Technology resources and gather the information to help our company determine our position verses our competitors in the local market.
• Research the talent market, competitive and local environment and their impact on all aspects. Prepare report of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex data into written text.
• Collect and Analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets for IT professional services and key factors effecting IT services demand. Generate recurring Income for the company and Increase the value of business.
• Devise procedures for collecting data, such as questionnaires, to get existing data regarding customers using 1T services, Staff Augmentation, IT projects, IT budgets with which is very significant in functioning of a company.
• Evaluating all collected data from clients and IT skilled resources and helping sales staff to pitch for IT services.
• Source, screen and facilitate IT specialized candidates thru a successful interviewing experience using related questions and collect the data to provide to the senior management.
• Device a method to measure, evaluate to improve customer and employee satisfaction.
• Build trusting working relationship with manager level customer contacts to ensure open dialogue and collect data regarding their project and initiative goals, assessing needs and bringing the appropriate resources into the discussion.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical teams, and interface closely with field sales to ensure coordinated and consistent messaging.

Required skill-set:
• 2- 6 Years of experience into IT Recruitment.
